Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products.

PULSE PULSE sells grip socks.
We strive to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, colors or appearance may vary depending on your screen or device.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase our products.
An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email and payment has been successfully processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as PULSE PULSE may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already confirmed.
Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties or import fees (if applicable) are displayed before checkout or remain the responsibility of the customer.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other third-party payment providers.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
PULSE PULSE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.

PULSE PULSE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with PULSE PULSE. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and PULSE PULSE, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with PULSE PULSE.
