We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by country:

France:

  • Colissimo Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Mondial Relay (pickup point): 3–6 business days

  • Chronopost Express: 48 hours

Europe (excluding France):

  • Standard untracked shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Tracked shipping: 5–10 business days

International (outside EU):

  • Standard untracked shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Tracked shipping: 7–15 business days

Notes:

  • Shipping costs depend on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.

  • Lost or damaged packages must be reported immediately; we will assist with claims.

8. Returns and Refunds

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our grip socks or any other intimate or hygiene-sensitive products.

  • All sales of these products are final.

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pulsepulse.active@gmail.com. We will work with you to provide a replacement or solution on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds are only provided in cases of damage, defect, or shipping error.
